I was given a client to finalise from the wesbank repo division. My client accept cover at autogeneral. He paid a very big outstanding balance in order to get the car and didn't have much money to cover his initial insurance deduction. The client was truly greatful that the underwriter made arrangements to assist him gievn his situation by minimising the commencement fee.
