I did insurance for a client for a Ducatti motorcycle of which the premium was quite high. The vehicle was alos considered high performance as it was a 1100cc and my client fairly young. Cindy assisted my client and explain the cover to him in a manner in which he understood the premium, risk and cover. Even though he shopped around after 2 days he still came back to accept our cover as he felt most comfortable with us and appreciated the time in we took to quote and explain everything to him.
