Went to Old Mutual in Klipfontein/Witbank to get the policy that is complete to be paid up. The person at reception said that I had to see consultant N? 1. There were 3 consultants 2 women and a man. The one woman and the man were busy with clients. the Client at the woman finished up and then both of the woman were unoccupied. All the people in the branch were waiting for the man who I Found out later was the only one doing client care for policy's. Why can't all the staff be trained to do client care. I waited at least an hour and my business took maybe 10 minutes. This is why I will not take out another policy with Old Mutual or recommend it to to other people.
