Cancelled policy still deducting debit orde

I took out insurance with them on 19-07-2013 but cancelled by e-mail on 23-07-2013 as the amount was to much. I received a confirmation e-mail from them on 23-07-2013 that the policy was cancelled. On 01-10-2013 they deducted the amount of R2809.07 from my account.
