On 24 June 2013, my daughter was involved in a car accident. the driver of a horse and trailer truck rammed into the driver side door of our car. We reported the matter to SAPS and made contact with the company Olbro and I spoke to John who informed me that they are insured with One insurance company. I send him the case no, quote which he in turn forwarded to their insurer. On 17 July I received an e-mail from Premier Claims Services who administers the claims on behalf of One Insurance. On 24 July, I faxed the outstanding requirements excluding the 2nd quote as per their requirements. The 2nd quote was submitted to them on 1 August 2013. On 10 September I phoned Raeleen at Premier Claims, who was not available, so I spoke to Mosa who was one of the authorizers. She looked up my claim and informed me that the registration papers of the car was not correct. I explained that I had mentioned this in my fax when I faxed the docs to Raeleen on 24 July. Mosa located my fax and informed me that Raeleen will phone me later that day to confirm further instructions. to date I have not had any feedback form them. On 18 September I sent a follow up e-mail and still no response.
