My car was crashed into by a person insured by Zurich. this accident happend in July last year. We were given details of Mariette of Swanserv who is a broker to help us with this. First she treid to make us claim from my insurer which i refused as this forces me to assume responsibility. I have sent her many documents that she requested and sometimes would claim she had not received. until in december when she admitted to have received everything and she claims she sent it to Zurich and this is where the hold up is. I just spoke to her again and now she tells me Creative Displays has not filled in a claim form 5 months later!!! fit is her responsibility to ensure that happens.
urther to my frustration, she never give me any formation unless I call her which is dispicable. I need my car fixed and i am tired of of dealing with mariette. I need someone who can get this matter sorted.
