On the 19th July 2013 I withdrew an amount from my FNB account at a Standard Bank Atm. The Atm printed out an error slip with a code. it did not dispense the funds requested. The same day I then went to the FNB branch at Northgate and spoke to Elias and he then made some calls. He then advised me that it would be rectified within 48 hours. Nothing happened. I then consulted with a man at the same branch by the name of Anthony. He said that they would query it again and he would notify me as of 25th September 2013. Till to date have had no feedback and no resolution to this issue. I am disappointed with this level of service that I have from FNB.
