Incompetent Saswitch Query!!!

On 26/12/2012 I withdrew funds (R500) from a Capitec ATM inside of Norman Good Store, Stanley Place Three Anchor Bay @ 11h46.The ATM went offline for a couple of minutes and no funds came out. I spoke to the owner and he rebooted the machine and he advised me that I should try again, however this time around I received the funds. The owner immediately put Capitec on the line (08601114751), where I spoke to Hafeeza and she advised me with the 4 last digits of my card that the funds went off. I explained to her what happened and she explained that the server (MTN / Vodacom) went off for a couple of seconds which explained why I did not get the funds. She advised that I could not claim the funds from the owner and advised log a saswitch query. I logged this query on 28/12/2012 and was advised by Theresa that this wquery will take 12 business days. I have to constantly follow up with my bank only to be advbised that it will be escalated. Today I spoke to Alana Butland who in turn made me hold on for awhile, to contact Talbot Williams who advised that Capitec gave him feedback on 17/01/2013 that I received the funds!!! I'm absolutely disgusted that he did not follow!! I want my money!!
