I left ABSA October 2012, and to date ABSA Pension fund have not been notified of my termination. All forms were submitted to HR, and the lady Mapule Petlele left the employ of ABSA. I tried to log a query with the contact centre and was told to trace previous manager to complete the same forms i completed before i left. The previous manager is now based in Cape Town, and cant reach her on the given landline.
why is it my problem when i did all the paperwork before i left? Please can ABSA HR and Pension fund sort this out so I can get my pension money transferred. Thanks
