On the 9th of September 2013 I requested for settlement quotes on 2 personal loans that i had with the First National Bank. They were sent to me and they stated that they were valid til the 19th of September 2013. On the 19th of September settled both the accounts via internet transfer and called the institute to confirm if they had received my payments. I spoke to a lady by the name of Noxolo Mandela who first argued that the quotes had expired on the 18th and i advised her that the paper work that i had with me indicates the 19th. She then said that the payment was not reflecting i then asked for her email address and sent her the proof. She then advised me it would take 48 hours for the accounts to be settled. This morning (25 September 2013) when my salary was paid in the debit orders went off. I then called to find out what was happening i first spoke to a guy by the name of Thabang Ledwaba who said he was transferring me to another department but cut me off. I then called again and spoke to Prudence Mjatya who said only one account was settled not the other. She the consulted with Noxolo who confirmed that she had received both my payments. I just want my refund URGENTLY
