My geyser burst and Santam has appointed Plumbing Experts / drain geyser to fix it. After 100's of phonecalls and having to explain to them everytime what is going on after 6 hours they could still not find my house.
They said at 8am they will be there and fix my geyser. Currently it is 14:40 and they have still not arrived. No one seems to know what is going on and no one wants to take responsibility.
If you ever hear that this company is going to repair your geyser/plumbing I would suggest to immediately get someone else. Worst Service in the world!!!
