In December we reported to the agency that our geyser was leaking. Several handymen came to look at the geyser and said that the geyser needed to be replaced. After waiting for over a month, and no geyser being replaced, it burst. All our clothes were soaked, and the room is flooded. The flat is essential uninhabitable.
We had no water for over a day - even then it was a huge issue for them to pay plumbers to come and divert the water from the geyser.
We have had no hot water for nearly 3 days.
There is always a new excuse as to why the geyser cannot be replaced. my husband and i are professionals and cant even shower to go to work in the mornings.
This is completely unacceptable and huge breach of contract. This will be taken further to the Estate agency affairs board.
