My wife nipped to the shops in my car to buy food and was smashed into by a hit and run driver. Outsurance were unbelievable! One call to them and they phoned my wife to talk her through the on-the-scene stuff, and the next morning their claims department phoned me, before I could phone them. They registered the claim for me and I was paid out a week later - in full - no hassles.
