Today 30 September, my credit card was used for several transactions. I have been on the phone for 2 hours and can't get somebody to put me through to credit card division. I have been told by somebody in card that this was a credit card and so I need to speak to that dept. However, Std Bank is employing incompetents who cannot transfer me to the right dept, nor give me the right telephone numbers. I would like somebody from Std Bank to contact me to sort this issue out, but I guess that that is just a pipe dream. With companies like this managing our money no wonder our country is in crisis.
