Having Insurance is suppose to make one's life easier, but with Auto & General it's been a hassle. I have been struggling with my claim since the beginning of the month and getting hold of the consultant is a nightmare. If I don't contact them or email no1 will communicate with me. This has been an unpleasant drag and the consultant Reinette Combrink has been of little assistance. I was advised that my claim will be settled a week ago which was a as when I called in today a consultant advised that the claim hasn't been settled. I'm exhausted trying to get it settled and feel that I haven't been treated like a valued client.
