We have a bond with absa for almost 12 years and had never been in arreas. My husband was retrench and is now a contract worker which mean he get paid if the job is done and it take ages for them to do the payment. I explained to them our situation - but absa dont care about explanations - they want their money. They send this Monty guy several times to our home which the same exlanation is made with treats that going to sell the house if no payments is done. In all these years payments was made on time.my question is their really a today, tommorrow together... with absa... I'm disappionted in the service delivery... shame on you absa... All my husband cars were financed by absa... if you have money your good but if you struggle to make payments they treat you like dirt...
