So last week I got a call back as requested via online banking for an upgrade on my credit card. Today I get an sms saying that the card is available for pickup in Richards Bay, that's very nice of you however I live in Johannesburg. When trying to phone I got shuffled from number to number and at most got told that I must cancel the card and reorder them and then subsequently got disconnected. The fault is on your end when must I even lift a finger to fix something that your staff did. I am tired of trying to get some service out of your staff
