YOUR MUDDLE UP - NOT MINE

NUMEROUS EFT PAYMENTS I HAVE MADE WERE NOT ALLOCATED - AND COLLECTION FEES WERE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THAT. SEVERAL PHONECALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE TO REQUEST BACKDATED STATEMENTS TO RECONCILE THESE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN FRUITLESS - ADMIN DOES NOT SEND THE DOCUMENTS TO MY EMAIL, WHICH HAS BEEN VERIFIED AS CORRECT.
CHARGES CONTINUE TO ACCRUE DUE TO RCS MISTAKES OF ALLOCATION, AND I REFUSE TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR BUGGERUPS.
IF THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO BY END OF DAY 30 SEPTEMBER 2013, I WILL CALL IN THE HELP OF THE OMBUDSMAN FOR CREDIT AS WELL AS THE CONSUMER COUNCIL.
