Allocation of EFT payments

From the time that I had my account I found myself in the position that i am called every month because of my payments not paid, and every month I send the proof of payment to be allocated to my account but to no aveil, next month the same thing happen again.

The operator informed me today that every time they phone me, there is finance charges added to my account, how in the world can I be liable for phone charges if your system does not pickup my payments?

I want a recon on my account and if there is one cent of finance charges added to my account due to RCS incompetence of not tieing the eft payments up to their customers accounts, I will take them to the ombudsman.
