Poor customer service

I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get my Woolworths account corrected. Payments made are not reflected now for over two months. After throwing my toys out the cot 3 payments were suddenly found and corrected but two other payments are missing in their system. They charged me admin fees for non payment when the payments were effected and wont credit the account accordingly...
