PERSONAL INFORMATION NOT TRANSFERED OVER CORRECTLY

Obtained new credit card and all benificiaries on internet banking were deleted. Had to take another day off work to go to bank and ask them to re-instate, still lost half of them.
Obtained new Business card last week and was told new card would be activated immediately and old card would be null and void. Used new card for first time today and was not accepted at the store, tried the old card and transaction went through with no problem. I now have to take more time off work to go back to the bank and do the whole process over again. Why do we have to put up with the incompetance of people who are being paid to do THAT SPECIFIC job!!!
