ABSA CREDIT CARD POS PURCHASES - PIN DOES NOT WORK

After reporting a problem over a year ago that my credit card pin is not working, visiting a branch, wasting hours on phone and queues and resetting my pin at the branch - my card still did not work bar for internet purchases. I have made do with it for the past year and recently requested a new card to try and resolve the issue as it is getting rather tedious and ridiculous.
While collecting my new card last week the teller mentioned that the new cards are having problems with the pin and that this is happening to NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS!!! Of course teller reassured me it would be resolved in "a day or two". Once again - a waste of my time... and guess what - I tried my new card this week Tuesday... the new pin DOES NOT WORK!! You should NOT be charging me (and many other customers) for a credit card service if I cannot even swipe my card!!?? What is going on please and when are you going to come clean about what is actually happening??!!
As a bank you are supposed to look after money but you cannot even be bothered to fix this problem which I am sure is costing you millions in lost fees and commissions??
