Cant give credit, 30 days later now We can!

Hi, I logged a previous complaint regarding FNB ISP 339032. Nothing happened and I was forced into another months worth of ISP. So I request to cancel the service and I also click on the website to cancel the service. 26th Sept 2013 Same thing happen 30 days later. Am I now also forced into another months worth of bad service from FNB ISP? The Manager Neoliene didn't get back to me. After I phoned for the 3rd time in 3 days requesting this problem and asking for Neo (call center agent) All of a sudden Neoliene picks up and now wants to discuss her bad service with me.

She is willing to give credit as its a system fault. Last month she didn't have the authorisation to give credit.
What changed in 30 days?

I will never use FNB ISP again. System is and their service is crapper. Please note Neoliene didn't handle my customer complaint well and forced me into ranting about how it is on hellopeter and Facebook and twitter. Never is a long time but I hope to never have her be in charged of something. Unfit for her Possession

FNB stick to Banking, I still love you for that
