Yet again, no feedback from FNB

I recently sent an e-mail to FNB querying the reason for declining 3 credit applications that I made with them. They're initial response was vague and really didn't give me an answer to any of my questions. On 21/06/2013 at 08.11 am, I replied to the e-mail address [Email Removed] and asked them to specifically explain the criteria used to assess my applications.
To date I have received no feedback.
this is an institute that subscribes to the code of banking practise and who publish the disclaimer below on their website:
We will send you an acknowledgement within 3 business days of receipt
of your complaint to the contact details you have provided. We will let
you know what the status of the investigation of your complaint is within
14 business days and we will give you an estimated time limit for the
complaint to be finalised by us.
