Useless Mtn does it again

0838228470 it nearly been a month since i asked for an extra 2GB of data to be loaded on my contract since you cant buy data from a shop and load it and the reason for that is you are not aloud to. when i purchased that extra 2GB of data for some reason the lady at the call center decided for some reason to give me an extra 1GB which i didn't ask for and didn't know about cause they didn't send me an sms and my tablet cant check my balance cause it cant dial out so at the end of the month i was billed for it so i asked why, eventually after along conversation with MTN they decided they had to do an internal investigation which can take up to 5 working days, there were no call logs from me to them asking for the extra 1GB of data but anyway i waited 5 days and phones again and was told to phone back the next day which i did and eventually a credit note was "passed" i phoned this morning and the credit note had still not be sorted so yet again will be paying for something that i didn't ask for, so here is my next question for MTN will there be another internal investigation? how many time will i have to phone to ask if this has been sorted? or will MTN actually do what they promise?
