First National Bank
CREDIT CARD

I have applied for a credit card two (2) months ago. they told me it will take not more than 3 days. Every time I call to ask when will I receive my card, they tell me 3 days. Well I did not know that 3 days is more than 2 months.

i have logged complaints on the website and received confirmation that n agent will call me back in 24 hour. Well did you know that 24 hours is more than n week long. Working at a bank and cannot count days or hours!!!

STILL NO credit card. NO respond from FNB. NO customer services. FNB must be the WORSTservices provider in South Africa. Never in my life have i stuggled with a service provider than with FNB.
