African Bank
Wrong Debit Order date

Hi Peter

i have an account with African Bank, nad we agreed that they debit my bank account on the last working day of the month. Today i received an sms from my bank to say they sent a debit order to my bank of which we never agreed on that and im not yet paid. So i went to the PTA Branch to enquire and the called Head office and i spoke to a very irate and arrogant Tumelo who told me that its non of their business and they cant do anything for me. Who is going to pay my Bank charges? im tired about the bad service from this bank.
