I have been trying since I opened my FNB business account to subscribe to Web Essentials to start designing my website. After weeks of struggling, my FNB online banking for business is working, except for the eBucks Rewards Shop where I need to be to subscribe to Web Essentials. When I get through to eBucks customer care, they say it is an error on the FNB website and they will let me know when it is fixed. That was on the 18th September. No news... Do they not want us to spend money or could they just not care less?
