Where in the world could my eBucks card be???

I opened my FNB cheque account in November 2012. I simultaneously opened/activated an eBucks account linked or offered with that type of account. Arranged for an eBucks card and all hunky dory. When I went to fetch my FNB account card from the branch, no mention was made of this and I had forgotten about it honestly.
When I checked on what's going on via online banking, I was given an 'error' saying I already have a card and thus cannot get a new one, cool. Sent a request a month or so ago via the website for assistance from FNB as it seems there are points or a value under my eBucks account yet I cannot take full advantage of eBucks at participating store because I have no card. Just realised that under my cards it no longer lists the eBucks card that had previously been listed there and this is frustrating. Customer Services team emailed me a month ago ssaying this has been referred to eBucks who should contact me "soon", this has not happened. I have sent a mail again to enquire from FNB and no response? My initial dealings were with FNB and I need FNB to let me know what the deal is regarding this??? I am keen on that card, it has been over SIX months already!
