Hi
i have a FNB gold cheque account and for the month of September and October i have not received my ebucks rewards. I spend over R2000.00 a month on fuel and over R400.00 on airtime.
I have lodged a complaint on FNB's website on the 12/11/2013 but to date no one has bothered contacting me. Wow is that how their clients get treated? Is this how they treat me fairly?
Im not at all happy with the service im getting and would appreciate is someone could assist me. If its not too much to ask??
