Within an hour I had Mr. Baard from head office who called me and called the Polokwane branch and my claim was solved and paid out same time!!! I really hope that companies can train their stuff to take pride in their jobs and to do their jobs efficiently and on time!!! But never the less am happy with the way Metropolitan Head office handled the matter. Thank you.
