Tuesday 9 July 2013 we went to Metropolitan to enquire about my mom's funeral policy. Yonela helped us and knows exactly what had to be done. We went back on Friday 12 with all required documents as Yonela had told us. She did her work very efficiently and we were paid out on the Saturday. Thanks Yonela and Metropolitan.
