My vehicle was settled over a year ago but the instalment is still reflecting on ITC, could any of you please remove this and I would expect appropriate feedback as to why this has not been cleared. This is having an impact on me qualifying for finance through your incompetency. Please email me a paid up letter and clear this with ITC.
