On Saturday your whole system was offline and I spent 2 hours in the retailer waiting for my goods as I got an sms saying the money was reserved for the retialer and on their side it declined??? This morning I put petrol in and I got an sms but they said it declined. Before I left I had to swipe my card on another terminal. Now I have two amounts reserved for the same purchase and ofcourse your call centre cuts me off as soon as I try and transfer to somone to speak. Come on FNB thought you were better than this.
