FICA twice in a week???

Cannot believe the difference in service levels between home loans, who were amazing, and your shocking personal banking team.

After being FICA'd a week ago by FNB's attorneys for a new home loan, my secondary cheque account is put on hold more that 2 weeks after I opened it for FICA purposes. How does this make ANY sense? I have paid over R5000 into the account, but now cannot access it. Surely if it is on hold I should not be able to use it at all, or is this just a way to get funds to hold on to?

After reluctantly sending my documents AGAIN, I get the following e-mail:

"Dear Valuable Client

Thank you for you for submitting your outstanding FICA documents, please note that I have action your account and its now active.

Thank you

Regards

Gloria"

Note the manner in which this is typed. Is this supposed to create faith in your employees?? After this I tried again to use my account and got the same error. Can someone please sort this out!!!
