First National Bank
Big delay with credit card

More than 3 weeks ago I applied telepathically for a credit card. It was approved and the limit agreed on. I then had to fax/email my payslip and copy of ID. This I have done 3 times already and every time I phone the call centre to follow up it has not been received. What do I need to do to get this facility that was so freely offered to me?
