I have been struggling all morning to change my password using different connectivity methods, 4G, DSL, via different ISPs to connect to this site you call a online banking portal. I think it is absolutely preposterous and I am appalled that I am expected to pay a service fee of R50 while your self-service availability is up to no good. I think you need to tighten up your online banking systems availability management and ensure you have 100% SLA on this type of service before you impose paying service fees for a service that's so frustrating to utilise! I am still left without changing my password and I refuse to pay your fee of R50 for something I supposedly can do online myself. Very Frustrated Custome
