FNB's New Online Banking!!!

I create a new user name and password, it works for 2 or 3 times and then after that it keeps telling me that I have entered my details incorrectly!!! This has happened a good 3 or 4 times now and I'm getting really sick of having to change it every 2 or 3 days. This afternoon I had to go into my online banking in an Emergency to help my parents out and I could not.. I WILL change banks if this continues... Fix your F###ing!!!
