Shoddy customer service

Dodgy insurance company with scruffy website.

In my first call to claim for a cracked iPhone screen, some person promises to send forms then all goes quiet. Second call, I get forms, fill & submit them then all goes quiet. Third contact, I request to cancel the insurance since they are useless. Quick response, they cancel and have the nerve to tell me that my last premium will be collected at the end of the month. I am going to fix my phone from my own pocket but my oh my, what a. Calling my broker to get a reputable insurance company.
