On the 09/09/2013 my car was involved in the accident, when i was liaise with my insurance i was shock hear about the access R17500, and the consultant log a claim for me, when the one who is dealing with claims told that access is /- 22000. it was a chock to becuase amount is too much for damages of R32000, it mean my insurance will pay only R10000, and confusing things when i told them to fix my car and claim to other insurance involves, they said wont be able to do that, so I must claim to them and pay access then they will claim for me to other insurance that is involved so that i will be refunded. so to me it over my shoulder i cant afford such access ever, and i have to tow my car to my place and while am waiting to get this R32000 to fix my car. I thought that African Indepedent is royal to their client but it not. i was aware and explained about access i neva join your insurance. am very disappointed and frustracted.
