Poor service from Computershare

I inherited Sanlam shares from my late husband. The shares were supposed to be transferred into my name. The information was sent to Computershare 31 October 2012. I received a letter 16 November 2012 confirming the transfer was done. The dividends were never paid into my account. Several phone calls later and Computershare states that they have not received all the necessary documentation (even though this was confirmed on 2 occasions 31 Jul 2013 and 25 Sep 2013) and that the transfer is not done. The letter dated 16 Nov 2012 does not exist on their system. They claim a letter was sent 30 Aug 2013 to request the information. I did not receive the letter. The letter dated 16 November 2012 states: "Our clients are very important to us and we undertake to provide you with excellent service". This is definitely not what I experienced from Computershare. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!
