On 16 Jan 13 I requested payment of past dividends on my MTN share account. On 11 Feb a cheque was deposited into my a/c by computershare. On 12 Feb this cheque was returned unpaid due to an incorrect signature. On 14 Feb I reported this to computershare who requested my bank statement which I faxed the same day. Since then I have been trying to get a new cheque out of computershare. I have called them on numerous occassions and escalated twice to complaints. Still no response from them.
