In Between August and September, I have called 4 times and spoke to 4 different people, as both my cars are a year older and wanted to know whether or not my premium can be decreased.
All the callers told me that they need to speak to there manager and will get back to me in 5 minutes, and hear I am sitting, after more than a month and still awaiting my call (s)... The last call I made was last Thursday and when I asked the lady to check the system and tell me what the hold up was, she commented that there was nothing saved on the system, yet I had called 3 times before... I have been a client for the past 3-4 years and this is pathetic so say the least.
