I called Absa Idirect for proof of insurance and after listening to many responses to be honest I just pressed "3" I got through to a lady by the name of Wendy Metsing, for the first time in my life I didn't have to hold on or get transferred to several departments or persons or have someone call me back. This amazing lady helped me with in 3 minutes!!! WOW WOW WOW! Despite my various requests she was polite and patient and made me feel so welcomed.
I think she has just set a new level of customer service EXCELLENCE!!! thank you so much Wendy you really know how to make a customer feel welcome!
