I went into mr price home last wednesday 30 october and bought items to the value of R480.00. When I got to the till they tried my card and said the transaction didn't go through so they swiped it again. I then went on my merry way. Later when I checked my bank statement I saw that the transaction had gone through twice. I called nedbank and they confirmed it and said I'd have to take the matter up with mr price. I then went to mr price the next day thursday and spoke to the manager wendy. She called Absa and they confirmed that the transaction had gone through twice. Wendy didn't reimburse me instead said she was gonna get a fax from absa confirming what the double transaction and she would then get back to me. I heard nothing, I called the friday and she said she was still waiting for the bank. Its now tuesday and I still haven't heard a thing. I feel she should follow up with me and not me have to follow up. In my opinion my money has been and I feel I shouldve been reimbursed already, yet I'm still waiting. This is and I am very dissapointed in mr price home.
