It's been 4 months now trying to get my motor vehicle repaired but in vain. I pay my monthly premiums on time but cannot get help. Their call centre agents are bad mannared & untrained waist of time beings who just cut off the telephone line when ever they feel like. My advice to the masses is that stay away from absa idirect insurance because you'll struggle to get any help from them. ask me, its 4 months now and counting.
