For days I have been trying to get hold of your call centers about several queries.
1. Hail damage claim on property up to date no response.
2. Acc number 684603410001003 still reflecting on ITC report, account closed amount settled in December 2012, please provide a letter to this effect and change status on ITC as closed.
3. Acc number 6846034100010001 still reflecting on ITC report, this account is closed last installment paid in 2012. Please provide a letter to this effect and ensure ITC changes this accordingly.
I am in the process of selling my current property and applying for new bond this is causing a delay due to non affordability very very very urgent
