A year or so ago I paid an installment on my account - Hi Finance claimed no payment was reflecting. I then paid in cash and shortly afterwards the debit order went off. I went to the store and they refunded my cash payment but then for reasons I dont know Hi Finance deposited the money back in my bank account without me noticing as its a business account. I am being harassed every day for the past year now - phone calls, smses, they even phoned my mother and fiance demanding money, which is against the law as I never gave them details of any third party. I feel I kept my promise when I paid that particular installment and now I am suffering because someone could not do their job. I am being threatend every day and my credit record is reflecting badly now for reasons which is not my fault!!! I have tried complaining at but phones are answered with people laughing and joking in the background and no one assists! Even the supervisors cannot keep promises! I think the only thing left to do is approach consumer protection. Hi Finance does not care about their clients! IT IS NOT EVEN MY FAULT!!! THIS WHOLE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY THEMSELVES! I cannot take the harrassment anymore.
