I completed the application form and of course had to enter my banking details for them to check my credit rating. They just went and debited money off my account "R399.00" for a admin fee and this was over two weeks ago. I still have not received my refund as I requested the very same day and they just do not care.
I sent the proof that it went off my account and still nothing has been refunded.
