On the 24th July 2013 i applied for a loan via Loan Locator, the necessary forms were sent to me. my account was debited with R399 by the Loan Locator and i was provided with a reference number.
i received sms' acknowledging receipt of my documentation and another sms advising that a service provider will be in contact with me. i called the call centre today to check the outcome of my loan, i was provided with contact details of a service provider, i tried the number provided more than 5 times today and it was engaged. only now at 4:30pm it rings and guess what... no one is answering
did load locator me the amount of R399?
i have not received service from them or their service providers
where is the convenience and speedy service which is promised on their ads?
after 6 weeks... i stil didnt get a loan yet my account was debited... please advice
